This Privacy Policy explains how BluePeak Funding and its affiliates ("BluePeak Funding," "we," "our," or "us") collect, use, share, and protect information from visitors and applicants ("you") who use bluepeakfunding.net and our application portal (together, the "Site"). It applies to everyone who browses the Site, submits the lead form, or completes a funding application.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
Depending on how far you go — just browsing, submitting the short lead form, or completing a full application — we may collect:
- Contact details: name, business name, phone number, email address, and mailing address.
- Business information: entity type, industry, time in business, monthly revenue, requested funding amount, and intended use of funds.
- Owner information: full legal name, Social Security number, date of birth, ownership percentage, and home address, collected for identity verification and underwriting.
- Financial information: EIN, bank account and statement information, and other financial documents you upload as part of an application.
- Signature and authorization records created when you sign an application electronically.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we automatically collect some non-personal technical information when you visit — browser type, device type, approximate location from IP address, and how you interact with the Site — through cookies and similar technologies. This helps us keep the Site working correctly and understand how it's used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work as well if you do.
How We Use Your Information
- To verify your identity and evaluate your business for funding, including underwriting and credit review.
- To match your application with funding partners who may be able to offer you a product.
- To service an active funding relationship, including payments and account communications.

- To detect fraud, protect the security of the Site, and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
Sharing With Funding Partners and Others
Because BluePeak Funding operates as a funding broker, submitting an application means we may share your business and financial information with third-party lenders, funders, and referral partners in order to obtain financing offers on your behalf. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate the Site (such as hosting and communications providers) and as required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers for their own marketing purposes.
Calls, Texts, and Email — Your Consent and Choices
If you provide a phone number, you agree we and our funding partners may contact you by phone call or text message — including using automated dialing or messaging technology — about your application and related offers. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of obtaining funding.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Opting out of marketing does not opt you out of servicing communications about an active application or account.
How We Protect Your Information
We use commercially reasonable safeguards — including encrypted transmission (SSL/TLS) for sensitive data such as Social Security numbers and bank statements — to protect your information from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain application and account information for as long as needed to service an active relationship, and afterward for as long as required to meet our legal, accounting, and regulatory recordkeeping obligations.
Your Rights
California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to know what personal information we've collected, request its deletion or correction, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, subject to certain exceptions. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we'll need to verify your identity before processing it.
Nevada residents
Nevada law allows Nevada residents to opt out of the sale of certain personal information for monetary consideration. We do not currently sell personal information in that sense, but you may still submit a verified opt-out request using the contact details below.
All users
Wherever you're located, you can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information we no longer need to retain for legal or servicing reasons, by contacting us below.
Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
